Education reforms

As you may be aware there are a number of education reforms being proposed by Scottish Government. These include the following:

• Introduction of a HT Charter
• Strengthening Parental and Community Engagement
• Strengthening Pupil Participation (including publication of a HGIOS for pupils)
• Introduction of Regional improvement Collaboratives (West Lothian will link with Falkirk, Clackmannan and Stirling)
• Education Workforce for Scotland (to replace GTCS)
