Digital Leaders
The position of Digital Leader involves identified pupils taking responsibility to drive the use of digital technologies within the school.
Some of the tasks they are working on over the school year are:
- Becoming experts in the use of Glow
- Training pupils & staff on the use of various hardware/software
- Promoting local & national events e.g. Safer Internet Day, Digital Learning Week
- Updating the school website
- Creating useful computer programs for use across the school
- Creating the school newsletter
- Developing the use of Twitter and other social media to promote events/opportunities
