• based on an understanding of the wellbeing of a child. An understanding of Wellbeing should be evident in our professional learning, our processes and the approaches we take working with young people.
• based on tackling needs early to ensure more significant barriers to learning and development don't occur.
• supported by joined-up working between young people, parents, carers and the services they need working together in a coordinated way to meet the specific needs and improve their wellbeing
