They also have an app which you can access for free and a newsletter which is also free. Both offer a range of support to families and young people.

Action for Happiness
The Action for Happiness website has a wide range of resources to help everyone improve their wellbeing. There is a free app and newsletter available. Each month they publish a calendar which provides examples of mindfulness activities to promote wellbeing.
